Founded in 1972, Prefabricats of Catalonia, S.A. initiates its activity in Barcelona practically in handmade way. Throughout years, expands both  installations and solutions offered.

Nowadays, Prefabricats of Catalonia is a company consolidated in the construction sector, with a recognized prestige by all its clients, such as construction companies, architects, and engineers.

Ribbed reinforced slabs lighten up with clay blocks called "Llum" (which means “span”) to construct one-way floors in dwelling . Important spans with only one shoring line in dwellings (houses, flats, hotels, schools).

Ribbed floor element or plate : Ribbed slabs called "PredeCa Pi" , TT , of reinforced concrete, with smooth underneath, to carry out garages floors, dwelling garages, crawl spaces, floors in industrial buildings, schools, Hospitals, Hotels… Big spans and overloads.

Floor plates for floor systems called "Cat" : medium-flagstones of reinforced concrete, with smooth underneath, lighten up with polystyrene, to construct structural unidirectional (=one-way) floors which you can use in garages, house garages, schools, Hospitals, Hotels, floors in flats or floors in industrial. Big spans and overloads.

Prefabricated walls of reinforced concrete called "PrefCat" (Semi-Manufactured walls). They are precast concrete walls: two twin sticked concrete slabs , which, besides, are reinforced already ( this is, containing each slab their own steel bars inside ). It is a sandwich panel that acts as a lost form with reinforcement inside already, for walls.
